Who we are

What we collect

Cookieless analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to count visits, pages, referrers, device types and coarse location. It sets no cookies and stores no personal identifiers. It runs for all visitors.

Optional analytics cookies. If you accept analytics cookies, we load Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to distinguish visits. We use it for the same purpose: understanding how the site is used. It never loads unless you accept, declining changes nothing about how the site works, and you can change your choice any time via Cookie preferences in the footer. We do not use advertising features, and ad personalization signals are permanently disabled.

Contact form. If you send us a message, the name, email, company and message you type are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and arrive in our mailbox. We use them only to reply. They are not added to mailing lists or shared with anyone else.

What we do not do

No advertising trackers. No selling or sharing of personal data. No mailing lists without you asking for one. No profiling.

Retention

Google Analytics data retains for 14 months, then deletes automatically. Contact messages stay in our mailbox until the conversation is resolved, then may be deleted on request.

Your rights

Under India's DPDP Act and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent. Email xiphertechnologies2025@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
